Hurdman's Bridge 1915
At Hurdman's Bridge, there were four bridges crossing the Rideau. The most northerly bridge served the Canadian Northern Railway. This was followed by the old Hurdman's Bridge used for regular road traffic, then the CPR bridge and finally the CNR bridge. The Queensway bridge was constructed in 1954-55 and the CPR bridge still exists and is now used only for pedestrians and bicyclists.
