The two Lac Cullens, located in Wakefield Township in Range 11, Lot 8 south of Lac Saint-Charles, are probably named after Anthony Cullen who logged extensively in the region in the mid 1800s. Lac Cassidy to the west in Lot 7 was likely named after the family of my 3rd great grandfather Thomas Cassidy and his son James who farmed on Lots 3 and 4 in Range 11.
