  Notes	John D. (1790-1824) lived in Fredericton. He served in the New Brunswick Volunteer Militia Rangers in 1808 with Asa Cromwell. In 1813 he married Asa's sister, Alithea, in Fredericton. He submitted land petitions in 1813 and 1817 and moved to Miramichi in 1818. John and Alithea had five children; he died in Miramichi in 1824.
